This application is designed so that it should work in most scenarios. If you are not being able to create a panorama, the most probable cause is that the images are not properly overlapped. Ideally you should have around 1/3 or 1/4 of each of the photograph as overlap between images. Basically you should be able to see a common part of the scene between each pair of images. Also, if you have too many images, you might want to try with less images first.

To maximize the size of the resulting panorama, make sure to take photos straight in one row, or one column. If you want to capture a larger panorama, make sure to cover the entire area evenly (capture multiple full rows and columns).
